I am a body-positive health coach! I have been working as a fitness professional since 2003.
Prior to that I weighed 291lbs and wore size 26 clothes. After losing 125 lbs, I became a personal trainer and weight loss coach. During my weight loss journey, I developed several habits that I still use every day.
In the past 19 years, I have continued to educate myself on health, fitness, and wellness, and the best ways to help others live healthier longer lives!
I am a certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, flexologist, and certified yoga instructor.
I’m the mom of 3 amazing adults I also have 1 stepdaughter and 4 grandkids; plus 2 cats and 2 dogs. I live in Everett with my partner, Chris. I love to dance, enjoy the outdoors, travel, and see live music and theater as often as I can!
It’s my privilege to educate and coach people to make positive changes so they can be active, feel GREAT, and enjoy their life with fewer limitations!
