New patients always tell us that we provide one of the most thorough exams they’ve had. In fact, on your first visit, we’ll collect and go over your health history information (downloadable from here, or you can fill it out on your first visit) and your doctor will do a complete exam in a private room (as with all our treatments) prior to providing same-day treatment.
On your second visit, we’ll still be asking questions (that never ends here), but your doctor will have a Report of Findings to share with you based on their diagnosis and treatment findings from your first visit. We’ll share our recommended plan of action to move you out of any pain you might be experiencing and onto a path of wellness. We’ll take the time to fully explain what we believe is the cause of your condition, and outline our best-practice recommendation on how to treat it. If you are in agreement, we’ll get started on helping you feel better!
Our staff will lead the way on your second visit.
First visits can be overwhelming, so we like to take you through our new-patient protocols on your second visit. You’ll sign in at the front desk, and if you have insurance or other service questions our receptionist would be happy to help. Your payment or co-payment is appreciated in advance of your session at this time.
Next, our receptionist will give you an overview of the steps you’ll follow on your visits, and then ask you to have a seat. When your doctor is ready you’ll be invited back to our mechanical warm-up tables to enjoy a light massage to improve blood flood and promote relaxation prior to your treatment. After a short time, your doctor will bring you into a private treatment room for your adjustment.
Following treatment, you can stop on at the front desk to schedule your next appointment(s) as needed, or simply call when it’s more convenient for you.
