The program was developed by a doctor and is only available with medical supervision. Many of our participants have completely changed their lives—you’ll meet the coaches who help them along the way and hear some amazing success stories.
To help you decide if it’s right for you, here are a few of the things we cover in the one-hour presentation:
- Compassionate, educational information: Dr. Shay explains the Standard American Diet (SAD), highlights some sobering statistics (did you know that the current generation of children is the first to have a shorter life expectancy than their parents?) and why simply eating less and exercising more is not the answer. Most weight loss programs result in a loss of lean muscle mass, which is the opposite of what should happen. She helps you understand why and how the body stores fat, and explains what makes this program so different (and successful!)
- Complimentary food samples: we stock more than 60 different Ideal Protein food products—so there is truly something for everyone. Everyone gets to sample a few of them at the workshop
- Confidential BCA (Body Composition Analysis): one of our coaches will help you figure out exactly where you are in terms of body fat percentage—how many pounds of lean muscle mass vs. pounds of fat you have—and your hydration level
